Frank Louis Isaia passed away on Monday, December 7, 2015 at the age of 78 in Ripon, CA. Frank was born on July 2, 1937 in Oakdale, CA to Bartholomew and Frances (Ambra) Isaia. He was raised and received his education in Escalon, CA and graduated with Escalon High School Class of 1956. Frank was united in marriage to Gertrude “Gertie” Silva on April 8, 1961 in Ripon, CA. Frank and Gertie resided in the communities of Manteca and San Francisco prior to settling in Ripon in 1967.
