5:35 p.m. – Possible gas leak in the 1200 block of Plaza; checks OK.

12:29 a.m. – Medical alarm sounding, 1200 block Plaza; determined to be false alarm.
7:57 p.m. – Emergency Medical Services call, 1100 block Escalon Avenue.

TUESDAY, OCT. 12
5 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Highway 120 and Harrold; vehicle vs. truck, determined to be non-injury, crews stayed on scene until arrival of CHP.

3:25 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Escalon and Lillian; three vehicles involved, non-injury.

MONDAY, OCT. 11
1:01 p.m. – Wires down due to windstorm, 1500 block John Street; secured scene and released by PG&E.
1:24 p.m. – Report of vegetation fire, Woodward Avenue, Manteca; mutual aid on vegetation fire.
2:18 p.m. – Vegetation fire, Mariposa and Carrolton; mutual aid to Farmington Fire District, canceled prior to arrival.
2:54 p.m. – EMS call, 29000 block East Edwards.
3:39 p.m. – Vegetation fire, Gray and Orange Blossom roads; mutual aid to Oakdale.
3:44 p.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 1400 block Michelle; determined to be false alarm.
10:24 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, 13000 block South Escalon-Bellota; single vehicle into a tree with one fatality.
