Paul “Bud” Heisey, III passed away on February 24, 2024, at his home in Escalon, CA. Paul was born October 25, 1946, to parents Paul and Betty Heisey, in Oakland, CA. “Bud”, as everyone knew him as, was a resident of Escalon for the past 50 years. He enjoyed fishing, horseback riding, raising poultry and cattle. Bud had many friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Bud is survived by his children, Joyce Lang of Silver Springs, NV, Rebecca Weaver of Galt, Courtney Murphy of Tracy, and Heather; stepchildren include John, Lori, Leesa, and Leslie. He is also survived by his siblings, Richard Heisey of Penn Valley, Janet Brandauer, and numerous grandchildren. Bud is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Betty; his wife Suzanne and brother, Jimmy Heisey.

A Celebration of Life for Bud will be held April 6, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Copperopolis Armory, 695 O’Byrnes Ferry Road, Copperopolis, CA 95228. A potluck lunch will be served, the family has requested everyone bring their favorite dish for everyone to enjoy.
