Fire Calls 9-23-20

Escalon Consolidated Fire District responded to 24 calls for service during the period of Monday, Sept. 14 through Sunday, Sept. 20. Calls included:

SUNDAY, SEPT. 20

11:39 a.m. – Emergency Medical Services call, 400 block California.

12:24 p.m. – EMS call, 1700 block Emperor Court.

8:25 p.m. – Lift assist, 30000 block Hall Avenue.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 19

11:56 a.m. – Mutual aid on vegetation fire, 28000 block Austin Road; assist to Ripon Fire Department.

12:55 p.m. – EMS call, Santa Fe and Hall.

3:06 p.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 1900 block McHenry; unable to locate any issues in the area.

7:50 p.m. – EMS, 2400 block California.

9:01 p.m. – EMS, Jacob Myers Park on Santa Fe; canceled prior to arrival.

9:26 p.m. – EMS, 23000 block Santa Fe; gates locked at Jacob Myers Park. Crews hiked in to locate patient, then assisted her out of the area and to an awaiting ambulance.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 18

2:32 p.m. – Lift assist, 21000 block Van Allen.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 17

3:22 a.m. – EMS call, 1900 block McHenry.

5:19 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, French Camp and Murphy; mutual aid to Ripon; determined to be non-injury.

2:23 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Santa Fe and Harrold; single vehicle into a power pole with lines down. Crews stopped train traffic, incident was determined to be non-injury accident, waited for PG&E to arrive to clear downed power lines from roadway and railway.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 16

9:06 p.m. – EMS call, 1500 block Catherine.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 15

1:26 a.m. – EMS call, 2200 block East Main.

12:59 p.m. – EMS, Main and Viking; canceled prior to arrival.

2:45 p.m. – EMS, 29000 block East River Road.

3:16 p.m. – EMS, 21000 block McHenry.

4:14 p.m. – EMS, Main and Viking; canceled.

6:04 p.m. – EMS, Sexton and River; canceled prior to arrival.

8:11 p.m. – Vegetation fire reported, Steinegul, south of Highway 120; small brush pile on fire on Steinegul; extinguished.

7:03 a.m. – EMS call, 1500 block Catherine.
