Residents from throughout the area are encouraged to attend and enjoy the annual Family Fun Festival, which returns to the Gallo Center for the Arts on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Co-presented by the City of Modesto, this free community celebration will fill the plaza in front of the Gallo Center and under the new A.E. Kline Family Sunshade at the Modesto Rotary Music Garden with activities for the whole family.
Dance to the music, get creative with chalk art, challenge each other to lawn games and meet some amazing exotic reptiles. There will also be face painting, balloon animals, prize giveaways and more, with festival participants including Python Ron, the Modesto Children’s Museum, Graffiti USA Museum and other community favorites.
If you’re hungry for a treat, food trucks will offer frozen yogurt, pretzels and other items available for purchase.
Admission and activities at the Family Fun Festival are free, no tickets needed. Just bring your family and join the fun at 1000 I St., in downtown Modesto.
This year will be the fourth annual Family Fun Festival.
