As the Escalon Lions Club gets ready for its annual car show, members of the Escalon American Legion Post are preparing for their special Car Show Saturday Pancake Breakfast.

The breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12 from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., at the Legion Post on Second Street, a short walk away from the car show in the city’s Main Street Park.

Cost is $15 and the breakfast features pancakes, eggs, ham, sausage or linguica, and beverages including coffee, juice and water.

All in the community are encouraged to stop by the Legion post to have breakfast and then enjoy the car show.
