Notice of a Public Hearing in regards to the Central San Joaquin Conservation District. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at the Farmington Fire Station, Farmington, California.

The hearing will be conducted by the Board of Directors, Eugene Caffese, Tony Chiappe, James Nilsson, Bill Sanguinetti, Grant Thompson, and Richard Veldstra, for the purpose of receiving evidence concerning the groundwater conditions and surface water supplies of the District and in support, or protest of the Engineering Investigation and Report as provided in Section 75573 of the California Water Code.

All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present at this meeting and submit oral statements regarding this project.
