Farm Girls took the top spot in the weekly El Portal Bowling League recently, rolling to a 28-12 mark. They were followed by Tupperware & Travel, 23-17; Bartelink Dairy, 22-18; Foxy Ladies, Memorial Splitting Headaches, 18½-21½; Escalon Body & Frame, 17½-22½; Dutch Girls, 16½-23½; Borba Dairy, 16-24.

Sweeping the top scores for the week, winning all categories, was Mary Panero. She had a 204 scratch game, 485 scratch series, 264 handicap game, 665 handicap series.

For the season to date, Kelly Homen has the individual high average at 157.33 and handicap series, 680; Mary Panero, 264 handicap game; Barbara Webb, 541 scratch series; Ruth Sonke, 193 scratch game.

The bowlers meet each Thursday, 10 a.m., at McHenry Bowl in Modesto.
