Putting on another successful Cornhole Tournament to benefit Escalon Strong during the Friday evening of Park Fete, July 24, organizers have issued their thanks to the Main Event Sponsors for the fourth annual competition.

Main sponsors were Escalon Small Animal Clinic, F&M Bank, Hogan Manufacturing, Holt Ag Solutions, Professional Lumper Service Inc., and South San Joaquin Irrigation District.

Additional sponsorship and support came from Best Drayage and Seva Hospice; with thanks also given to the Escalon Lions Club, the sponsoring organization for the Park Fete.

“Escalon Strong is beyond grateful for our community’s generosity, participation and support of this event,” organization officials noted in a statement.

Along with cash awards for first through third place, there was a special prize package of lawn chairs and assorted gear donated by Seva Hospice. Taking home that honor, Escalon’s Best Award, was the team of Paul and Abel, registered for the competition as Thursday Ladies.
