Four teams had identical 18-14 showings in the recent weekly session of the El Portal Bowling League at McHenry Bowl in Modesto.

The local league saw Elaine’s Travel, U-3, Foxy Ladies and Farm Girls roll their way to the 18-14 mark. They were followed by Bartelink Dairy, 17-15; Memorial Splitting Headaches, 15½ - 16½; Escalon Body & Frame, Dutch Girls, 13-19; The Erratics, 10-10; Pin ups, 9½ - 10½; Lunch Bunch, 6-14.

Kelly Homen rolled the high scratch game, 195, for the week as well as the high scratch series, 464. Val Van Unen had the high handicap game, 232 and Sherri Coey had the high handicap series, 615.

Leaders for the season to date are Kelly Homen, 169.42 individual high average and 583 scratch series; Chris Magana, 221 scratch game; Lenny Nottley, 694 handicap series; Louise Spurgeon, 248 handicap game.
