William “Bill” Machado, 60, of Modesto passed away due to natural causes on Monday, Aug. 12, 2013 in Modesto.

Fondly known as Bill to all, he was born on May 10, 1953 in Santa Clara and called the Modesto area his home for the last 30 years.

His comical nature and no nonsense approach will be greatly missed. He was fondly known has Uncle Bill “Bobo” to his numerous nieces and nephews.

Survivors include his son Jeffrey Machado of Killeen, TX; his siblings, Jeanette Croft and her husband Warren of Riverbank, Patricia Machado of Escalon, Mary Castro of Pocatello, ID, and Pat Machado and his wife Amber of Escalon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Angelina Machado; his wife Denise Machado; and his brother Richard A. Machado.

Deegan Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Visitation was on Sunday, Aug. 18 at Deegan Funeral Chapel. A graveside service was held Monday, Aug. 19 at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Escalon. His final resting place will be at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.
