Terese (Tess) Agnes Corrin, 87, passed away on Tuesday, October 6 at Walnut Grove Assisted Living Facility in Modesto.

She was born April 11, 1922 in Seattle, Washington. She had lived in Modesto for 47 years.

A veteran of WWII, she served as a marine from 1944-1946. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

Survivors include her children, John (DeLois) Corrin, Jr. of Modesto and Michelle (Mickey) Schilber of Escalon; sister Loretta (Bud) Parker of Bakersfield; brothers William (Florence) McGrath of Everett, Washington, John McGrath of Sequim, Washington; grandchildren, Venessa Corrin, Michael Schilber, Gregory Schilber, Debbi Willey, Marshall Ingleston, Ben Zamora; and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Corrin, Sr.; sister Mary Jane Keller; and brother Robert McGrath.

Services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 13 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Modesto.
