Roy E. Marshall, 93, formerly of Escalon, California passed away Friday, April 27, 2018.
He was born on January 4, 1925 to the late Ernest and Clara Marshall. He is preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Marshall, sister, Claire Halford and brother, Ernest Marshall.
Roy is retired from the Escalon Unified School District. He and his wife later owned and operated an art gallery in Petaluma, California. Roy is a Navy Veteran having served in WWII.
Survivors include his children, Dennis W. Marshall of Montgomery Creek, California and Jeannine (Charles) Flynn of Chattanooga, Tennessee, grandchildren, Keriann Marshall, Chad Marshall and Caleb (Tracy) Webb, great-grandchildren, Bayli Webb, Chase Marshall and Morgan Peterson, great-great-grandson, Braxton Peterson, sister, Lucille (Mike) Ambrosino of Brentwood, California and several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
