Robert R. Armosino entered into the arms of his Lord and Savior on March 9, 2017 at the age of 84. Robert was born on April 6, 1932 to Nora and Clyde Armosino in Oakland, CA. He later moved to Escalon and was a resident there for 39 years. Robert spent his life as a firefighter on the Camp Parks army base in Pleasanton, CA, where he retired in 1988. He loved to spend time with his kids and grandkids at their various activities. You would often find him watching an Oakland A’s game, reminiscing about the fire days or bragging on one of his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen Weible (Robert) of Fallon, NV and his son, Robert Armosino (Christina) of Escalon, along with his grandkids, Makenzie, Kaylee and Garrett Weible and Samantha and Andrew Armosino. His stories, jokes, and constant encouragement will truly be missed by his friends and family. “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his Saints.” Psalms 116:15. Arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Funeral Chapel. A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, March 14 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Deegan Chapel in Escalon and a graveside service will be held at Burwood Cemetery on Wednesday, March 15 at 11 a.m.
