Milton Edward Blomquist, 95, passed away in Stockton on Thursday, March 25.
A resident of Escalon for 60 years, he was born on Aug. 5, 1914 in Gowrie Iowa.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Edna Blomquist of Stockton; his children, Warren Blomquist of Fair Oaks and Jean Blomquist of Morgan Hill; his brother Richard Milo Blomquist of Paso Robles; his grandchildren Steven Johnson, Thomas Johnson, Phillip Johnson, all of Modesto, Nikki Blomquist of Rancho Cordova and Nils Blomquist of Fair Oaks; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Esther (married for 49 years) and their daughter Arlene Marlys Johnson.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 17 at 11 a.m. at Saron Lutheran Church in Escalon.
