Jacob Emilio Castellanos, age 6, left this earth to be with his Heavenly Father on June 16, 2016 at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. He was diagnosed June 3 with a rare brainstem tumor and passed away, peacefully, 13 days later. Jacob was born in Modesto on June 6, 2010 to Lisa and Jesus Castellanos Jr. He lived his short life in Riverbank with his parents and his two brothers, Elijah and Lucas.
