Antonio P. Terra, 77, of Escalon died Thursday, Dec. 30 at Alexander Cohen Hospice House.
He was a native of Azores. He lived in Escalon 12 years.
Mr. Terra was a cattle rancher for 20 years.
He is survived by his children, Joe Terra, Tony Terra, both of Oakdale, Louis Terra of Waterford, Frank Terra of Escalon; sisters, Beatrice DeRosa, Maria Gabriela Sousa, Maria do Santo Fatura, all of Rhode Island; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation and Rosary were Wednesday, Jan. 5 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Mass was on Thursday, Jan. 6, also at the church, with burial at Oakdale Citizens Cemetery.
