Tracey started his artistic pursuits very young with crayons; he later moved from Ohio to California and now resides in Oakdale. In high school he took every art and crafts class available. School activities were a highlight of his artistic adventure. He did very well in national art contests and state fairs. He completed a course with Arts Institute Academy. He produced many pictures for Hallmark gift cards as a freelance artist.
Ink and pencil are his favorite medium. While practicing color in different mediums, it has led to producing many quality creative art pieces.
Valley Art Association, a non-profit group, hosts the annual Art Show to raise funds for scholarships awarded to college bound students majoring in art.
