Setting up shop at the recent Morning Market in neighboring Oakdale was Stuyt Dairy Farmstead Cheese, with Michelle Stuyt on hand to greet shoppers and offer samples of cheese from the family creamery along Mariposa Road in Escalon. The family owned and operated business has been in operation since 2015 and has a variety of raw milk, Gouda-style cheeses as well as seasonal cheese curds.
