SUNDAY, AUG. 27

2:54 a.m. – Traffic hazard reported, debris in roadway near turn lane at Jackson and Second.

6:26 a.m. – Hazard reported, wire hanging low over the roadway in the area of Main and Third; assisted.

8:41 a.m. – Be on the lookout issued from CHP for reckless driver in the area of Main and Highway 120; unable to locate.

1:06 p.m. – Civil stand by requested on Jackson Avenue; assisted.

6:09 p.m. – CHP Stockton reported a reckless driver, eastbound Highway 120 from Sexton, swerving all over the roadway; report taken.

6:09 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, Oklahoma and California, possibly taking videos and walking into roadway near cars; unable to locate.

8:56 p.m. – Missing person, adult, reported as walking away from home on Franklin earlier in the day; advised.

 

SATURDAY, AUG. 26

12 a.m. – Report of possible shots fired, Vine and Main; checks OK.

12 a.m. – Extra patrol request in the 2500 block of Jackson.

2:06 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, Main Street Park, suspicious person in the area; warned.

3:50 a.m. – Check of suspicious vehicle in the 1200 block of Escalon; checks OK.

4:48 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Highway 120 and Sexton; warned.

7:19 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle check, Escalon Masonic Lodge, 1500 Viking; checks OK.

7:48 a.m. – Traffic hazard reported, stop sign down at the intersection of Center and Roosevelt; log note only.

7:51 a.m. – Public assist regarding electronic bike being ridden on the sidewalk on Coley; advised.

7:50 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance reported on First Street, subject possibly hopping fence into a yard; checks OK, determined to be relative of the homeowner.

10:18 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud party, loud music on Genevieve; log note only.

11:33 p.m. – Check of suspicious vehicle at the Escalon Community Center, 1000 block Escalon Avenue; checks OK.

11:57 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 2000 block McHenry; checks OK.

 

FRIDAY, AUG. 25

5:23 a.m. – Check of suspicious vehicle, 1200 block Plaza; checks OK.

7:17 a.m. – Two vehicle accident reported, Highway 120 and McHenry; name exchange, assisted.

12:52 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the area, on Countrywood, parked in area for the past few days; checks OK.

3 p.m. – Extra patrol request in the 2500 block of Jackson.

3:25 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, group of youths in the area yelling, Oklahoma and Park; unable to locate.

6:14 p.m. – Hit and run with property damage accident at Roosevelt and Center; road sign struck, report taken.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 24

5:50 a.m. – Burglary complaint, vending machine broken into, 1100 block of Stanislaus. Report taken.

7:57 a.m. – Assist outside agency, CHP Stockton reported receiving automated message regarding traffic collision, area of Escalon-Bellota and Deck; log note only.

9 a.m. – Extra patrol request in the 2500 block of Jackson

10 a.m. – Assist regarding parking issues on Strong.

10:13 a.m. – Report of a suspicious vehicle on Coley, assisted.

8:38 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported, 1900 block McHenry, parked at location for over 12 hours; log note only.

11:34 p.m. – Suspicious person check, Highway 120 and Plaza; warned. Subject packed up items to move on.

 

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 23

12 a.m. – Extra patrol request in the 2500 block of Jackson.

12:48 p.m. – Welfare check on subject sitting near the railroad tracks, Highway 120 and McHenry; checks OK.

1:46 p.m. – Public assist at Escalon and Yosemite; report taken.

3:05 p.m. – Petty theft complaint on Sacramento; assisted.

5:04 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Arroya; advised.

8:23 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud music on Strong; advised.

10:11 p.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to CHP on vehicle accident at McHenry and Jones.
