SUNDAY, AUG. 20

12:20 a.m. – Patrol information, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway reported a crossing arm damaged at the McHenry Avenue/California Street railroad crossing, technician enroute to repair, not creating a hazard.

8:23 a.m. – Public assist, subject with questions regarding vehicle release, assisted at police station.

12:15 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Valdapena Way, determined to be misdial; checks OK.

1:43 p.m. – Public assist at police station regarding a prior incident.

2:09 p.m. – Public Works call out on Arroya for broken water line.

3 p.m. – Business alarm sounding in the 2000 block of McHenry; checks OK.

10:09 p.m. – Business alarm in the 1400 block of First; checks OK.

 

SATURDAY, AUG. 19

7:59 a.m. – Public Works call out for water main issue, 1500 block Yosemite.

8:14 a.m. – Be on the lookout issued from CHP regarding subjects wanted in possible road rage incident, First and McHenry; checks OK.

9:41 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Hogan-Ennis Park; checks OK, accidental dial.

11:56 a.m. – Public assist at police station, subject with questions regarding a prior case.

12:39 p.m. – Assist outside agency, check for vehicle on Coley possibly involved in prior incident in Modesto; unable to locate.

1:25 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Hogan-Ennis Park, unregistered cell phone, unable to call back but no problems noted in the area.

5:55 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident reported, two vehicles involved, 1000 block Yosemite.

8:35 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Escalon-Bellota and Mahon; report taken, one subject released on a citation.

10:27 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident reported, Deborah Circle with one arrest made.

 

FRIDAY, AUG. 18

12:45 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of subject in the 1000 block of Yosemite; checks OK.

7:44 a.m. – Extra patrol at Narcissus and Edgetown; checks OK.

8:14 a.m. – Extra patrol at Stanislaus and Yosemite; checks OK.

12:21 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported on Mission, subject reported unfamiliar vehicle parked in the area for the past few hours; checks OK.

2:03 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance on Ashwood; log note only.

3:50 p.m. – Battery complaint, started as a road rage incident in the area of Highway 120 and Viking; report taken.

8:43 p.m. – Welfare check request on Jackson; checks OK.

8:45 p.m. – Trespassing complaint on Pioneer; subject advised to leave.

9:24 p.m. – Report of possible intoxicated subject in the 1100 block of Yosemite; arrest made.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 17

4:27 a.m. – Security check at Escalon Post Office, 1800 block Coley; no problems noted.

4:37 a.m. – Check of El Portal Middle School, 800 block First; secure.

11:52 a.m. – Fraud complaint, report filed at police station.

1:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance on Colombard; assisted.

4:03 p.m. – Traffic hazard, vehicle appears to be stuck on tracks at Highway 120 and Plaza; black four-door sedan with a flat tire; all parties out the vehicle, assisted.

6:59 p.m. – Public Works call out for tree branch hanging down in the 1500 block of Oklahoma, Latta Park area; log note only.

7:28 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance in the 2000 block of Jackson; checks OK.

 

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 16

12:32 a.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, First and Daniels; log note only.

12:34 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the 2200 block of California; checks OK.

10:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible threats in the 800 block of First; log note only.

10:45 a.m. – Suspicious person reported, possible transient in the area, 1100 block Yosemite; log note only.

10:48 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint, vehicles eastbound on Highway 120 at Escalon, one vehicle trying to pass another and possibly attempting to ram it; unable to locate.

11:27 am. – Pubic assist at police station.

3:38 p.m. – Welfare check requested on subject that appeared to be sleeping in Main Street Park area; checks OK.

7:21 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1400 block First; checks OK.

8:10 p.m. – Extra patrol at Escalon High School; log note only.

8:40 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle check, 3300 block McHenry; checks OK.

9:54 p.m. – Suspicious person reported, Main and St. John; checks OK.
