SUNDAY, JULY 1

12:18 a.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, area of Escalon-Bellota and Mariposa roads, last seen turning down Dodds; CHP also notified.

12:28 a.m. – Suspicious person reported, 1900 block McHenry; one arrest reported.

12:41 a.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department, welfare check requested for subjects possibly in the area of Escalon and Arthur roads, unable to locate anyone.

2:42 a.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; all secure.

3:04 a.m. – Suspicious person reported, Main and Vine; checks OK.

12:51 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up, no answer on callback, subscriber information returns to a Modesto location; log note only, referred to other agency.

6:22 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, subjects left business in the 1200 block of Plaza without paying bill; report taken.

8:29 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the area, 1300 block Escalon; log note only.

8:41 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Highway 120 and Main; unable to locate.

10:55 p.m. – Residential alarm sounding, 1700 block Carignane; checks OK.

11:08 p.m. – Security check, El Portal Middle School, 800 block First; checks OK.

11:45 p.m. – Bicycle stop, officer initiated activity in the 1500 block of Yosemite, out with three; report taken.

 

SATURDAY, JUNE 30

12:12 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 1000 block Yosemite, parked in handicapped spot; warned.

1:16 a.m. – Check of Community Center; no problems noted.

1:22 a.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; no problems noted.

1:44 a.m. – Bicycle stop, 2500 block Jackson; citation issued.

3:13 a.m. – Be on the lookout issued from Oakdale Police Department for possibly intoxicated driver, headed from Oakdale to Stockton.

9:45 a.m. – Public Works call out for possible water leak, 900 block Rosina.

12:36 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1400 block Ullrey; checks OK.

5:23 p.m. – Extra patrol for possible illegal fireworks being set off, 2100 block Coley.

7:33 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, parked in area of Campbell and Highway 120 near orchard; log note only.

7:36 p.m. – Assist outside agency, CHP requesting officers to contact owner of vehicle left on railroad tracks in the area of Van Allen and Highway 120.

7:43 p.m. – Security check of animal shelter and department gun range, 25000 block River Road; checks OK.

 

FRIDAY, JUNE 29

12:05 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, security check at shopping complex in the 2200 block of Jackson; checks OK.

1:12 a.m. – Security check at Escalon High School, out on foot; checks OK.

2:45 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 1200 block Plaza; vehicle locked and unoccupied, secure.

4:09 a.m. – Check of wastewater treatment plant, 25000 block East River Road; checks OK.

5:15 a.m. – Check of Hogan Park and Community Center area; checks OK.

8:02 a.m. – Dispute reported on Tamara Court; report taken. Return call at 11:25 a.m.

11:33 a.m. – Officer initiated activity at animal shelter, 25000 block River Road; meet a citizen.

6:30 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 2200 block Main; report taken.

8:46 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from CHP regarding vehicle that left accident scene, last seen heading eastbound on Highway 120; later canceled, vehicle located.

8:50 p.m. – Missing person, adult, reported from the 1100 block of California.

11:29 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the area, 3300 block McHenry; checks OK.

 

THURSDAY, JUNE 28

12:22 a.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to Modesto Police Department on making contact with a subject in Escalon. Assisted.

12:33 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint in the 1400 block of Main.

12:40 a.m. – Report of vehicle stuck on railroad tracks, 1000 block Yosemite; vehicle able to get off tracks and left the area.

8:20 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, officer initiated activity at McHenry and Ullrey; checks OK.

1:24 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, 1200 block Plaza; checks OK.

2:56 p.m. – Meet a citizen, officer requested at police station to advise subject on rights regarding family dispute.

8:16 p.m. – Welfare check requested on youth in the area, 1500 block Second; checks OK, using library WiFi, lives close by.

8:51 p.m. – Check of Escalon High School; no problems noted.

9:55 p.m. – Check of shopping complex, 1900 block McHenry; secure.

9:57 p.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main. No problems noted.

10:16 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, Escalon Community Center; log note only.

 

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27

2:02 a.m. – Security check, Hogan Park, 1000 block Escalon; checks OK.

8:13 a.m. – Public assist, resident with questions regarding marijuana laws.

10:23 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up, on callback received busy signal. Unable to map coordinates. Log note only.

11:32 a.m. – Patrol information, Caltrans working on traffic signals at Highway 120 and McHenry.

1:31 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, resident reported vehicle on street overnight shining light on mailboxes, 2200 block Mission.

2:57 p.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 1100 block of California; log note only.

10:06 p.m. – Check of shopping center, 1900 block McHenry; checks OK.

10:59 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, shopping complex in the 2200 block of Jackson; checks OK.

11:48 p.m. – Check of business, 1300 block Escalon; checks OK.
