4:01 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, suspicious vehicle in the 1100 block of Yosemite; checks OK.

5:04 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the 1300 block of Escalon; checks OK.

1:02 p.m. – Public Works call out, possible broken fire hydrant in the 1900 block of McHenry; unable to locate.

1:09 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from unregistered cell phone, returns to location on Jonathon; checks OK.

1:16 p.m. – Security check, Sanchez Park, Sanchez and Cardinal; secure.

3:36 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud music from vehicle in the 2100 block of Coley; warned.

4:19 p.m. – Welfare check request for suspicious circumstance in the area of Vine/Brook; checks OK.

4:37 p.m. – Noise complaint, 2100 block Coley.

5:54 p.m. – Check of Escalon High School campus; area secure.

6:27 p.m. – Main Street Park check, 1700 block Main; no problems noted.

7:32 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint on Sophie; log note only.

10:12 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, suspicious vehicle at Catherine and Swanson; checks OK.

11:17 p.m. – Security check, Dent Elementary campus, 1900 block Yosemite; no problems noted.



12:05 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Elizabeth; checks OK.

12:18 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, verbal dispute in the area of California and Mitchell; associated with prior incident, log note only.

12:57 a.m. – Security check at animal shelter and police gun range on River Road; checks OK.

7:50 a.m. – Rear-end type vehicle accident, non-injury, in the 800 block of First; report taken.

10:22 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1900 block Deborah; checks OK.

11:29 a.m. – 9-1-1 open line from the 2400 block of Jessica; checks OK.

11:56 .m. – Residential alarm sounding, 2100 block of Franklin; checks OK.

4:13 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1500 block of James; accidental dial.

5:20 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Zinfandel; accidental dial, secure.

9:30 p.m. – Complaint of fireworks or possible gunshots heard from the area of Brennan; checks OK, unable to locate anything.



2:46 a.m. – Dispute on Stanislaus Street; report taken.

7:57 a.m. – Welfare check on Dent; checks OK.

8:17 a.m. – Follow up on Jessica.

9:31 a.m. – Assist to Public Works cleaning up spill in roadway at First and McHenry.

10:08 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance on First; assisted.

11:09 a.m. – Be on the lookout for subject on First Street, possible welfare check; secure.

12:40 p.m. – Follow up on Stanislaus.

12:48 p.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 1500 block of Crestwood; checks OK, accidental dial.

1:21 p.m. – Public assist at police station.

5:37 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle on Jessica; checks OK.

10:10 p.m. – Vehicle accident reported along Escalon-Bellota near Lone Tree; vehicle vs. tree with driver fleeing the scene; assisted CHP.



2:38 a.m. – Security check, El Portal Middle School, 800 block First; secure.

2:55 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, suspicious vehicle at Escalon High School, 1500 block Yosemite; checks OK.

4:11 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 200 block of Tiffany Court; secure.

12:04 p.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to Modesto Police Department, making contact with residents regard found keys.

1:07 p.m. – Patrol information; BNSF Railroad reporting issue with Santa Fe/Harrold crossing arms malfunctioning.

3:36 p.m. – Complaint of fraud on Roosevelt; report taken.

3:39 p.m. – Missing persons report; assisted.

6:18 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance in the area of Park and John; log note only.

8:08 p.m. – Welfare check in the 1100 block of Escalon Avenue; checks OK.

9:04 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, CHP transfer, vehicle possibly on Santa Fe going toward Riverbank; unable to locate.

10:59 p.m. – Dispute reported on Countrywood; report taken.



9:14 a.m. – Arrest made at police station in connection with incident that occurred prior on Stanislaus.

10:46 a.m. – Meet a citizen at police station, 2000 block McHenry; assisted.

1:55 p.m. – Harassing phone calls complaint on California; report taken.

5:49 p.m. – Non-injury two-vehicle crash reported at Highway 120 and David with an arrest made.
