12:52 a.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, 1700 block Main; log note only.

3:57 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1900 block Yosemite; checks OK.

11:38 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Dias; checks OK.

5:43 p.m. – Public assist on Fir Court.

7:49 p.m. – Fireworks violation complaint in the area of Genevieve.

8:15 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Tamara Court; checks OK.

9:02 p.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to Modesto Police Department on California.

9:20 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud party in the area of Weiss Way; warned.



5:35 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle check in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

9:59 a.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident reported at Lillian and Escalon; report taken.

10:56 a.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to CHP Stockton regarding a man reportedly hanging on to the passenger door of a semi in motion, area of Santa Fe and Orange; report taken.

2:49 p.m. – Assist to Stockton Police Department in attempting to locate a subject in the area of Hogan-Ennis Park; unable to locate, vehicle and subject not seen in the area.

7:44 p.m. – Attempted robbery reported at a business in the 1900 block of McHenry; subjects physically fought with employees as they attempted to take items from the store. No weapons seen though injuries were reported to one employee; report taken.



11:52 a.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, 1700 block California, possible shoplifter. Arrest made.

1:18 p.m. – Telephone scam reported by subject who applied for a job and then discovered it was fraudulent; report taken.

9:38 p.m. – Dispute reported on Jackson Avenue; report taken.



9:32 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of St. Clair; checks OK.

1:52 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, possibly setting up camp in trees behind the old bank building on Main Street; report taken.

2:41 p.m. – Report of subject walking very close to traffic along McHenry in the area of Jones; assisted.

6:54 p.m. – Report of subjects looking into vehicle windows in a parking lot in the 1700 block of Jackson; unable to locate anyone.

9:29 p.m. – Check of suspicious vehicle on Roosevelt; secure.



12 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of First Street; checks OK.

2:37 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, 1600 block First, suspicious person; advised to move along.

5:19 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint on California; unable to locate.



12:33 a.m. – Assist outside agency, CHP Stockton requesting area check at a call box along Highway 120, just east of Brennan; assisted.

3:58 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint in the 2200 block of Jackson; log note only.

8:20 a.m. – Public assist request on a vehicle release.

11:37 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint, vehicle seen at a high rate of speed westbound on Ullrey from McHenry; unable to locate.

5:53 p.m. – Traffic hazard reported, McHenry and Clough; assisted.

7:52 p.m. – Suspicious person reported, loitering in the area throughout the day, 1200 block Plaza; checks OK, left the area.

9:11 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Highway 120 and McHenry; checks OK, misdial only.

11:23 p.m. – Vandalism complaint, vehicle drove through the area and damaged Christmas decorations on Thaddeous; log note only.



8:09 a.m. – Court order violation complaint; advised.

10:58 a.m. – Hit and run with property damage reported, occurred sometime overnight on Roosevelt; assisted.

12:41 p.m. – Extra patrol downtown, 1700 block main; checks OK.

1:15 p.m. – Public assist on Valdapena.

2:52 p.m. – Stolen vehicle report, utility trailer reportedly taken from behind a residence on Second Street; report taken.

7:01 p.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; secure.

11:38 p.m. – Vandalism complaint on Countrywood; Christmas decorations damaged. Report taken.



6:41 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle check, Sanchez Way; checks OK.

12:38 p.m. – Traffic hazard reported at San Joaquin Street and Highway 120.

3:20 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, 1100 block Yosemite, vehicle seen driving over a curb and almost struck another vehicle; unable to locate.

10:51 p.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; checks OK.

11:15 p.m. – Check of suspicious vehicle, 3300 block McHenry; checks OK.

11:54 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, party reported on Matthew Court with loud music; unable to locate any loud music in the area.



12:12 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle check in the 3300 block of McHenry; checks OK.

12:32 a.m. – Check of vehicle at Highway 120 and Brennan; unoccupied vehicle, checks OK.

12:41 a.m. – Check of downtown area, 1700 block of Main; secure.

8:32 a.m. – Public assist at police station; subject with questions regarding a previous case.

8:57 a.m. – Business alarm sounding in the 1600 block of Second Street; log note only.

10:07 a.m. – Non-injury accident reported in the 2400 block of Jackson; report taken.

12:30 p.m. – Public assist at police station regarding a vehicle release.

8:23 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible threats reported on Main; log note only.

10:29 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, subject reporting vehicle driving through neighborhood slowly, shining lights at homes on Northwood; checks OK.
