Escalon residents who want to get involved in the Main Street Park Improvements discussion are being asked to attend a special meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 9.

The meeting will be hosted at noon at Main Street Park and will give residents an opportunity to offer ideas and suggestions for improvements, as well as learn about proposed plans for enhancing the park with items such as a bike trail, lawn games area, additional parking, a restroom and more.

This will be the first of two sessions; the second will be hosted at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 16 at Escalon City Hall on McHenry Avenue.
