All are welcome to attend a Christmas Eve Carols and Candle Lighting on Saturday, Dec. 24 at 11 p.m., led by Pastor David Moore of New Hope Church. The church is at 1766 Jackson Ave., Escalon.
The service, from 11 p.m. to midnight, is a celebration of the birth of Christ Jesus and will feature singing, along with a time for fellowship and praise, and the lighting of candles in celebration.
There will be no Sunday service on Christmas Day at the church, but the Christmas Eve service is open to the entire community.
