The Circle K gas station and convenience store at 4469 S. Escalon-Bellota Road – at the intersection of Escalon-Bellota and Highway 4 in Farmington – has made a slight change: they are now a Mobil gas provider. The store itself is still Circle K but now travelers can fuel up with Mobil gas.

Circle K opened to the public at this location nearly nine years ago and is been owned by the Sanguinetti family.

“We wanted to provide travelers with great fuel and that’s what we have here, Mobil is a great way to fuel up. Their new app is amazing and very convenient,” said Ron Sanguinetti.

The app that Sanguinetti speaks of is the official Exxon Mobile Express app available for download on your mobile device. The benefit of the app is so that customers can input their credit card or Apple Pay account information and use it directly when they pull up to a pump. This allows users to not have to pay at the pump and risk credit card fraud. The app knows your specific location and pump number.

During the grand opening celebration on Friday, Oct. 26 dozens of travelers were treated to free hot dogs, drinks and had the opportunity to spin the prize wheel. Items on the prize wheel included coffee cups, T-shirts, hats, fidget spinners and more.

The gas station sees a very high volume of travelers, as Highway 4 is a well-traveled route.
