Members of the Oakdale Women’s Club invite the community to their next in person meeting, set for Tuesday, May 4 at noon.

The luncheon will be served at the Oakdale Golf and Country Club, 243 N. Stearns Road, Oakdale, at a cost of $16 per person.

Lunch is prepared and served by the Country Club staff.

Featured at this gathering will be live entertainment.

Performing his distinctive act on a stage under the OGCC’s large patio tent, dressed in colorful drag outfits and wigs, is David Allen Soria, aka “Sasha Devaroe”. A longtime Oakdale resident and salon business owner with partner Larry Booker, “Sasha” has played on many dance floors in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and in Southern California, as well as at the historic Stone Wall Inn in New York, and has been featured in various magazines and web blogs in the past.
