Senior citizens meet twice a week at the Escalon Community Center for some simple, easy, gentle exercise, focusing on flexibility and strength. The senior gentle exercise class meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning, prior to the senior lunches served at the Community Center. Many of the class participants also stay afterward for the meal and socializing.
