6:31 a.m. – Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad advising crossing arms malfunctioning at the Arthur and Brennan Road crossing; technician is being sent to the scene.

7:56 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the area of Justin and Yosemite; checks OK.

 

SUNDAY, JUNE 4

12:34 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, Main and Third; assisted on civil issue.

12:37 a.m. – Officer initiated activity in the 1700 block of Main; security check, not problems noted.

1:39 a.m. – Security check of business in the 1700 block of Main; checks OK.

2:02 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

8:35 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1900 block McHenry; log note only.

9:30 a.m. – CHP issued a ‘be on the lookout’ for a reckless driver eastbound on Highway 120 east of Sexton; gone on arrival.

2:01 p.m. – Public assist request in the 400 block of Cabernet.

3:16 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 800 block of First, open line; determined to be accidental misdial, all secure.

4:44 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, 2000 block McHenry, possible alarm at City Hall; checks secure.

11:33 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the area of Nathaniel and Yosemite checks OK.

11:43 p.m. – Assist outside agency, request to assist Stanislaus County sheriff’s deputies on call in the 700 block of Danielle.

 

SATURDAY, JUNE 3

12:17 a.m. – Security check of Community Center and Hogan Park; checks OK.

12:41 a.m. – Residential alarm sounding, 300 block First; checks OK.

7:21 a.m. – Security check in the 1500 block of Yosemite; checks OK.

8:38 a.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, 2900 block McHenry; unable to locate anyone near business, will continue to be on the lookout for the subject.

10:16 a.m. – Pedestrian stop in the 1300 block of Kern; out with several subjects in front of location, warned.

1:15 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint in the area of Ullrey and Swanson with one arrest reported.

2:12 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1900 block of McHenry; log note only, nothing heard on line prior to disconnect.

6:02 p.m. – Petty theft complaint in the 1700 block of California; items taken from store.

8:05 p.m. – Business alarm sounding in the 1900 block of McHenry; false alarm.

8:32 p.m. – Missing person reported from the 2200 block of Main; report taken.

8:38 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the area, Highway 120 and Second, caller transferred from CHP regarding multiple shots being fired at a location in the county area, caller following vehicle involved. Report taken.

8:49 p.m. – Vehicle reported stuck on the railroad tracks, 1000 block Yosemite, everyone out of vehicle and the subjects were able to move it off the tracks safely; log note only.

8:50 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, vehicle speeding in the area, 1600 block First; unable to locate.

9:39 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint in the 1300 block of Yosemite; advised, noise abated.

11:14 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, Swanson and Glenwood, loud music; unable to locate.

11:23 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint in the area of Main and Fifth, juveniles reportedly outside running and screaming; unable to locate anyone.

 

FRIDAY, JUNE 2

4:31 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the area, 2200 block Jackson; checks OK, vehicle locked and secured.

10:56 a.m. – Vehicle burglary, items taken from trunk of vehicle in the 2200 block of Vine; report taken.

2:24 p.m. – Officer initiated activity in the 900 block of Park; subpoena served.

2:24 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 300 block of First; open line with only casual conversation heard in background; confirmed as accidental misdial.

2:29 p.m. – Warrant arrest made in the 2000 block of McHenry.

3:05 p.m. – Business alarm sounding from the 2900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

8:28 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 800 block of Rosina; all secure in area.

12:09 p.m. – Petty theft complaint in the 1500 block of Yosemite.

 

1:43 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from CHP Stockton for reckless driver last seen westbound on Highway 120 just west of Pioneer. Driver denied driving recklessly when contacted; lectured and released.
