Escalon High School student Fabricio Gallo serves up a fresh pastry at the weekly Farmers Market in neighboring Oakdale, with Rosa’s Bakery of Escalon hosting a booth there. The market runs each Wednesday night and Gallo was among the workers on hand recently, helping attendees enjoy a sweet treat while they perused the fresh fruits and vegetables also available at the market.
