A Thursday afternoon two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Lone Tree and Escalon-Bellota roads sent both drivers to area hospitals. CHP Officer Gus Arellano, out of the Stockton CHP office, makes notes on one of the vehicles involved here. A Honda Pilot and an Acura sedan collided in the intersection; authorities were working to determine which driver may have been at fault, as the intersection is controlled by a traffic signal. The crash occurred about 2:30 p.m.; a passenger in the minivan did not require transport, said authorities. The Honda was northbound on Escalon-Bellota, the Acura eastbound on Lone Tree when the crash occurred.
