Holiday Help From Sober Grad
Placeholder Image

The Escalon High School Sober Grad volunteers are wrapping presents for tips.

Barnes & Noble will be donating the supplies and Sober Grad will get to keep all the tips from the wrapping to benefit the graduation night party for the Class of 2014 at EHS.

The event is one day only, today, Wednesday, Dec. 18 at Barnes & Noble on McHenry Avenue, running from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Local residents are encouraged to bring in holiday gifts for the volunteers to wrap and with your tip, you will donate to a great cause.

Fundraising is in full swing for the graduation night party, which offers high school seniors the chance to spend their final night of high school together with classmates in a safe, fun, sober environment. Activities typically include a mechanical bull, rock climbing wall, dance machine, video games, henna tattoos, music, food, prize giveaways and more.
