Big Valley Grace Church, Modesto, is gearing up for a special Friendship Weekend on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 9 and 10.

Organizers of the event said they want people to experience what God is doing at Big Valley Grace – the joy of belonging to a church body and belonging to God.

Gatherings will feature a powerful message from Pastor Rick, baptisms, engaging and inspiring music. After the gatherings there will be a great opportunity for fellowship with food and refreshments and lots of activities for kids and youth; all free.

All are encouraged to attend and invite someone to Friendship Weekend on Sept. 9 and 10 at Big Valley Grace.

Event times are: Saturday, Sept. 9 at 6 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 10 at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Festivities will be hosted at the Big Valley Grace Worship Center, 4040 Tully Road, Modesto.
