Lorina’s Edible Garden on Enterprise Road in Escalon, in cooperation with the Escalon Chamber of Commerce, is again planning a special Farm to Fork Dinner.
The event is set for Saturday evening, Aug. 27 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and is a big hit for ‘foodie friends’ of the edible garden venture.
There will be fresh produce sourced from local farmers and prepared with herbs from Lorina’s garden, as well as barrel cooked tri tip and chicken and baked potatoes. The evening will also feature a selection of fruits and there will be wine, beer and sangria available at the no host bar. All this will be served up in the family orchards surrounding the vintage barn on the Enterprise Road property.
