Cost of ambulance services in San Joaquin County are high especially in difficult to serve rural communities like Escalon and Farmington. To help spread out the cost of providing those services ECA started a membership program over fifty years ago! For a low “annual” cost of $55 dollars a year per “household” you can become a member. If you have some form of acceptable insurance ECA will accept the insurance payment. For those who have a high deductible health insurance plan ECA will discount your payment “significantly.” For those who have no health insurance your bill is reduced significantly from the retail rate. Membership is voluntary and can give you peace of mind when making the call to 911. It has always been our goal to provide quality emergency care and transportation for our community and we want you to have peace of mind when you call.
