A family meal for four will be served up, drive-thru style, at the Azores Band Hall in the 1400 block of First Street, Escalon, on Friday, Sept. 22.

Hours for the event are 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and proceeds benefit the Escalon High School football program.

Tickets are available for $60 for the meal for four, and include a whole cooked tri-tip, baked potatoes, the famous Beam Family beans, salad and bread. Football players have been selling tickets throughout the community and they can also be purchased by contacting Ilda Medina in the main office at Escalon High School. Varsity head coach Andrew Beam said there will also be a limited quantity of meals available at the event for purchase for those that did not buy a ticket ahead of time; they will be available on a first come, first served basis.
