6:41 a.m. – Emergency Medical Services call, 13000 block South Campbell Avenue.

8:47 a.m. – EMS call, 1700 block Carignane.

10:52 a.m. – Lift assist, 29000 block East Chapman Way.

3:39 p.m. – EMS, 28000 block East Orange Avenue.

3:47 p.m. – EMS, 29000 block East Chapman Way.

6:51 p.m. – Lockout in the 23000 block of Santa Fe; assisted subject at Jacob Myers Park.

FRIDAY, DEC. 15

11:20 a.m. – EMS call, 1400 block Edgewood.

12:44 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Lone Tree and Campbell; Engine 1-1 responded, accident was determined to be non-injury, firefighters remained on scene until PG&E crews arrived to secure downed power lines.

THURSDAY, DEC. 14

3:51 a.m. – EMS call, 1600 block Pioneer.

3:56 a.m. – EMS, 20000 block St. John.

10:19 a.m. – EMS, 20000 block Allen Road.

12:25 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, two vehicles involved at Mariposa and Escalon-Bellota; Engine 1-1 responded and assisted medics on scene with two patients.

12:57 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, 1900 block McHenry. Engine 1-1 assisted Medic 80 with a minor injury patient and assisted city crews with clean up.

4:21 p.m. – EMS, 1500 block Daniels.

5:25 p.m. – Structure fire reported, 2500 block Jackson; Engine 1-1 and Engine 1-2 responded to the structure fire call. Light smoke was showing with one person inside the residence, crews were able to rescue the subject and worked to overhaul a small smoldering fire. The occupant refused medical treatment and returned to the residence once fire crews secured and cleared the scene.

9:39 p.m. – EMS, 400 block First.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 13

3:52 a.m. – EMS call, 3900 block McHenry.

5:12 a.m. – EMS, 300 block California.

TUESDAY, DEC. 12

4:34 a.m. – Structure fire reported, 5500 block Pleasant Valley Road; mutual aid to Oakdale, canceled prior to arrival.

MONDAY, DEC. 11

4:15 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Engine 1-1 responded to the call at Lone Tree and Carrolton; single vehicle into the back of an ag feed truck with one fatality.

6:29 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Santa Fe and Henry; single vehicle vs. a female pedestrian with reported minor injury. Patient transported to Memorial Medical Center by Escalon Community Ambulance; scene turned over to CHP.

12:28 p.m. – Lift assist, 1700 block Jill.

1:55 p.m. – Call for assistance, 2500 block Jackson; canceled prior to arrival.

3:12 pm. – EMS call, 1800 block California.

5:01 p.m. – EMS, 1100 block Escalon Avenue.
