Fire Calls 10-30-24

Escalon Consolidated Fire District responded to 21 calls for service during the period of Monday, Oct. 21 through Sunday, Oct. 27. Calls included:

SUNDAY, OCT. 27

3:11 a.m. – Emergency Medical Services call, 15000 block Steinegul.

9:28 a.m. – Smoke check at East Mariposa Road and Brennan; small ag burn located.

10:07 a.m. – EMS call, 17000 block Seidner.

4:36 p.m. – EMS, 500 block Chablis.

SATURDAY, OCT. 26

12:40 p.m. – EMS call, 30000 block Combs.

5:31 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Lone Tree and Henry; solo vehicle off roadway and into ditch, occupant(s) fled the scene.

7:14 p.m. – Vegetation fire, Bushka and Van Allen roads; responded to scene and found large burn pile that had set a palm tree on fire. Crews extinguished the palm tree fire and allowed burn pile to continue burning, turned the scene over to the homeowner.

FRIDAY, OCT. 25

1:16 p.m. – EMS call, 22000 block Burwood.

9:27 p.m. – Medical alarm sounding, 900 block Gina; no assistance needed.

10:44 p.m. – Vehicle fire, Escalon-Bellota and Mariposa roads. Arrived on scene following a non-injury vehicle accident and found a vehicle steaming but with no fire.

THURSDAY, OCT. 24

4:19 p.m. – EMS call, 400 block Noni.

5:55 p.m. – EMS, 400 block First.

6:18 p.m. – EMS, 2100 block Coley.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 23

10:48 a.m. – EMS call, 2200 block Coley.

8:59 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Highway 120 and Brennan; one patient transported by Medic 80 to Doctors Hospital, Manteca.

TUESDAY, OCT. 22

12:36 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Santa Fe and Henry; units assisted Medic 80 with a rollover accident, one minor injury reported.

9:51 a.m. – EMS call, 1600 block John.

1:14 p.m. – EMS, 1700 block Colombard.
