A holiday tradition for years, the Farmington Fire Department will play host to Santa Claus this week.

Scheduled for Friday, Dec. 21, the annual Community Christmas Party hosted at the Farmington firehouse, corner of Escalon-Bellota Road and Highway 4, will feature refreshments, music, and a visit from Santa himself.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and Santa is scheduled to arrive at 6:30 p.m.

Children will have the chance to visit with Santa to share their Christmas wishes, have a photo taken with him, and also receive a small gift.

All in the community are welcome to attend; come share in this night of holiday joy and fellowship.

The event is sponsored by the Farmington Fire Board of Directors, the Farmington United Methodist Church and the Farmington Fire Volunteers.
