There were several vendors set up outdoors on the grounds of the Farmington United Methodist Church on Saturday, Sept. 24 for the Fall Fling event, drawing shoppers in for a variety of wares. Whether it was Halloween and fall-themed items, the Escalon-Farmington Garden Club with information and free seeds, or the woodworking items, there was plenty for attendees to choose from. Other vendors were set up with wares inside the classrooms at the church and there was also a hot dog lunch for sale, music, and drawings for a variety of raffle prizes. Members of the Farmington 4-H group were on hand with a display and information as well, encouraging new members to join the club.
