The Escalon FFA Chapter had their ‘Welcome Back’ meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 15, and it was very successful with 191 FFA students in attendance. That is the most students we have had at a single meeting, ever. The meeting took place in the EHS cafeteria and afterwards we had a dodgeball tournament.

The dodgeball tournament consisted of six teams that went head-to-head in an intense competition. Congrats to the “Advanced Welding” team that took home first place.

The Hospitality Committee and the Ag Leadership students served a dinner of hot dogs and corn, that was delicious. We would like to thank Nature’s Country Corner Fruit Stand for donating the corn to feed our FFA students. The chapter had a great time at the meeting, and we would like to thank all of the students in attendance. We can’t wait for the great year ahead of us.
