Several Escalon High School basketball program players, coaches and supporters made the trip to UC Santa Cruz for a Saturday, Dec. 30 contest and got to reunite with EHS alum Jack Anderson, Class of 2023, who is now suiting up for the NCAA Division III Banana Slugs. The host team closed out the calendar year with a 59-51 win over 18th ranked Williams College to improve to 8-8. Anderson, shown in the photo at front right, was a standout for the Cougars and surpassed the 1,000-point mark during his career at EHS.
