TUESDAY, SEPT. 15
1:33 a.m. – Report of a suspicious vehicle in the area, Carolyn north of California. Officers responded to the scene and, upon further investigation, made contact with the driver and determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen earlier out of Riverbank. Arrested was Steven Gates, 44, of Oakdale on suspicion of felony stolen vehicle and receiving stolen property. He also had a misdemeanor warrant out of Oakdale, a $5,500 warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was booked at San Joaquin County Jail.
MONDAY, SEPT. 14
8:06 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 900 block of Ullrey; checks OK.
11:25 a.m. – Officers were dispatched to a report of criminal threats in the 2000 block of Swanson; following an investigation officers took a 26-year-old woman into custody in connection with the case. Police said Mariah Sapien of Escalon was arrested on suspicion of felony terrorist threats and booked at San Joaquin County Jail.
SUNDAY, SEPT. 13
3:54 a.m. – Check of businesses, 2200 block Jackson; secure.
5:33 a.m. – Security check downtown, report of multiple beer bottles in the intersection, Main and Third.
12:38 p.m. – Domestic dispute reported, Brennan Road; report taken.
5:39 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from CHP regarding a reckless driver in the area of Highway 120 and California.
5:53 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Zinfandel and Carignane; checks OK.
8:48 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, southbound on McHenry; unable to locate.
11:38 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, possible prowler in the area, 2400 block Jessica; checks OK.

12:29 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, front window found vandalized and broken in the 1000 block of Yosemite.
12:35 a.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, possibly following subject, 2100 block Franklin; advised.
1:10 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, out with two in the alley behind 1700 block of Main; probation search conducted.

8:02 a.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident reported, San Joaquin and Yosemite; assisted.
12:05 p.m. – Assist to CHP on possible DUI driver in the area of Highway 120 and Walnut.
WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 9
2:44 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, Main and Second; checks OK.
11:44 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 1400 block Walnut.
11:47 p.m. – Police responded to the 1500 block of Adriana Way, dispatched to a disturbance call in the area. Additional information indicated a victim had been assaulted and police subsequently arrested a 36-year-old Escalon woman on a felony domestic violence charge. Katharine Rush was booked at San Joaquin County Jail in connection with the incident.
