The next community Fifth Sunday Sing will be held Sunday, Oct. 29 at the Escalon Presbyterian Church from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

The ‘Sings’ are hosted by different member churches of the Escalon Ministerial Association whenever there’s a fifth Sunday in the month.

“A group of us pastors wanted to start something new and fun in the neighborhood,” said Pastor Peggy Bosch from the Escalon United Church. “Since we all liked to sing, or at least make a joyful noise, we started the Fifth Sunday Sings last July and invited everyone to come and bring their family and friends. We had a great turnout.”

The Oct. 29 Sing will be held at the Escalon Presbyterian Church, 1612 First St., in Escalon.

Singing will start at 4 p.m. followed by Fellowship at 5 p.m.

The only requirement for attendance is a desire to add your voice to the music and come. For more information, call the church office at 209-838-2798.
