The League of Women Voters will host its next in-person ‘Meet and Learn’ on Thursday, March 20 at 11:30 a.m.

Guest speaker will be Cheryl Casey, Therapy Program Coordinator for the Oncology services at Memorial Medical Center. When a person is dealing with a diagnosis of cancer, complementary therapies can be a comfort during their journey. You can find a safe place when you find others going through similar physical symptoms of fear, pain and isolation. These therapies may help manage cancer symptoms, minimize adverse effects of cancer treatment and improve quality of life.

This League of Women Voters event will be held at Gather, located at 2424 McHenry Ave, Modesto. The meeting will include lunch for a cost of $20. Mail your check to: LWVSC, PO Box E, Modesto, CA 95352.
