Students and community members can meet with more than 60 local employers on Thursday, April 14, as Delta College’s annual Job & Internship Fair is held in person for the first time in two years.

Anyone is welcome to attend the event from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Dolores Huerta Plaza on the Delta campus, 5151 Pacific Ave., Stockton. Employers will represent a wide range of fields from restaurants and hospitality to retail, manufacturing, home healthcare and public sector agencies.

“We are so excited to partner with San Joaquin County WorkNet and once again offer the Job & Internship Fair in person,” said Michelle Castanon, program manager of Delta’s Career Technical Education and Workforce Development Center. “There’s nothing better than having a chance to meet face to face with potential employers. We encourage students and the public to stop by and see what kind of opportunities await them as we hopefully begin to move past COVID-19 together.”

It is recommended that job seekers dress for success and bring a current résumé. Raffle prizes will be offered and parking is free.
