Stockton Opera Guild Plans Spring Fundraiser

Stockton Opera Guild’s fundraising Spring Gala “Getting Our Act Together: Opera & Art” is scheduled for Saturday, April 13 at the Stockton Golf and Country Club.

Sip complimentary wine as you view art work from The Stockton Art League and the Stockton art community.

(Art will also be offered for sale)

Beginning at 6 p.m., spend some time enjoying the wine and art display; dinner is served at 6:45 p.m.

Tickets are $85 per person. Additionally, there will be sales of raffle tickets at $20 per ticket with drawings for prizes of $500 and $750.

After dinner, enjoy an ensemble of talented vocalists from the University of the Pacific, who will perform a variety of operatic selections

Stockton Opera Guild’s mission is to support opera in the region. Their scholarship program is intended to encourage local young vocalists to pursue success. The organization is also committed to bringing opera music to the schools to build future audiences.
