There’s still time to get involved with the fun of the El Portal bowling league.

Action will start up again for the 2017-18 school year on Thursday, Sept. 7 at McHenry Bowl in Modesto. Bowlers will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the conference room and bowling starts at 10 a.m.

Bowlers of all abilities are welcome and they bowl each Thursday morning. Call for more information, Janice Alcantor at 838-2942.

The league raises money for El Portal sixth grade science camp and last season, bowlers raised $2,000 for the students to help offset camp attendance costs.
