Members of the Oakdale United Insanity U19 girls soccer team pose with their coaches and the second place medals they earned at the weekend Dublin Shamrock tournament. Joining the team this season is Jaylyne Serpa of Escalon, back row, fifth from left, who also plays varsity soccer at Escalon High School. The Insanity girls defeated the Mustang Fury 1-0 and Elk Grove Strikers 2-0 on Saturday and Delta Impulse of Antioch 2-1 on Sunday morning before finally falling to the Mustang Impact squad in the championship game by a 2-0 score. It was the second straight second place finish for the team in summer tournament play and they are scheduled to travel to Cherry Island Soccer Complex in Sacramento for the Cassy Rowe Tournament later this month.
